Software License Agreement

Licence Grant

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the software according to the plan and site-activation limit shown at checkout.

Updates and Support

Access to updates and support depends on the purchased plan and its active term. Lifetime plans, where offered, apply to the lifetime of the product and not necessarily the customer or company.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or make the premium package publicly available unless expressly permitted in writing or required by the applicable open-source licence.

Activation

Licence keys may be validated against the permitted number of websites. You are responsible for deactivating unused websites before transferring an activation.

Termination

Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution or material breach of this agreement.
